Our inspiration to open Viva Couture came from the experience of close friends in the Monmouthshire area who were struggling to find that special mother of the bride outfit, prom dress, or evening gown.
Our ethos is to provide you with personal, one-to-one service, tailored exactly to your needs. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want our customers to return time and time again.We promise to help all customers find the perfect outfit so you can experience that red carpet moment – get noticed for all the right reasons! Our promise is to keep a record of all dresses sold so that you can be sure that you won’t arrive at your special occasion to find someone else wearing the same outfit from our store- every occasion deserves a unique outfit. Our commitment is to be as flexible as possible. To celebrate the opening of our new store, we are currently offering free private consultations to take place at times to suit you – please call us to arrange a personal appointment.
